구술∙면접시험 안내
-2024학년도 전기 일반2차전형 및 외국인특별전형-
면접은 학과별로 대면 또는 비대면 ZOOM 면접으로 진행될 예정입니다. 대면면접으로 진행되는 학과의 경우, 해외에 체류한다는 증빙이나 코로나 확진 증빙을 제출할 수 있는 두 가지 경우를 제외하고는 개인사정으로 인한 비대면면접은 불가한 점 유의하시기 바랍니다. (지방 거주, 코로나를 제외한 기타 질병 등의 사유 인정 불가) 면접에 참석하지 않을 경우 불합격 처리됩니다.
- 일시 : 2024년 1월 5일(금) 또는 1월 6일(토) 학과별 지정 시간
면접 방식(대면/비대면 여부) 및 면접 시간은 1월 2일(화) 경 학과에서 오는 개별 연락을 기다려 주시기 바랍니다. (학과 개별 연락 전에는 관련 문의에 답변 불가함)
■ 각 개인별로 면접 관련 안내를 지원학과에서 지원자에게 이메일 또는 SMS로 개별 안내 예정
(1월 3일(수)까지도 면접 관련 개별 연락을 받지 못한 경우 상단에 나와 있는 학과사무실이나 대학원행정팀으로 1월 4일(목)오전 9시까지 연락 바랍니다.)
가. 대면면접으로 진행하는 학과에 지원한 경우
- 학과에서 안내 받은 지정된 시간에 안내 받은 면접대기장소로 도착 [캠퍼스지도 및 찾아오는길 -Click!]
- 면접 진행 상황 등으로 인하여 면접시간이 지연될 수 있음을 유의
- 면접관련 내용 타지원자에게 공유 절대 금지 (적발 시 자동 불합격처리됨), 지원자는 면접대기 중 옆 사람과 대화 금지
- 수험표 및 신분증 (주민등록증, 운전면허증, 외국인등록증, 여권) 반드시 지참
- 지원자 외에 동행인은 교내 건물 출입금지
- 지정된 시간에 불참시 결시(불합격) 처리됨
나. 비대면면접으로 진행하는 학과에 지원한 경우
- 각 개인별 화상면접 시간, 회의실 링크 등을 지원학과에서 지원자에게 이메일로 개별 안내
- 학과에서 안내 받은 지정된 시간 전에 반드시 화상면접 가능 장소에서 대기
(인터넷 환경이 안정적이며 조용한 장소에서 단독으로 화상면접에 참여)
- 면접 진행, 시스템 사정 등으로 인하여 면접시간이 지연될 수 있음을 유의
- 면접내용 녹화, 촬영, 녹음 등 금지
- zoom 입장 시 참여자의 이름은 반드시 실명으로 입력
- 면접 입장 시 수험표 (진학사 출력), 신분증을 화면에 제시하여 본인 확인
(대리 면접, 기타 부정행위 시 추후 합격 입학이 취소될 수 있음)
- 지정된 시간에 불참 시 결시 (불합격) 처리됨. (모든 시각은 한국시각 기준)
- 지원자의 줌 연결, 인터넷 연결 및 기기상의 문제로 인터뷰가 원활하게 진행되지 못할 경우 면접시험 재응시는 불가능하고 결격 처리됩니다. (전형료 환불 불가)

※ 주차 관련 안내사항 (대면면접): 교내에 주차 공간이 협소하여 주차는 불가하므로 대중교통을 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

Interview Guide for Spring 2024 Admission
Interviews will be conducted by face-to-face or ZOOM interviews for each department, and
the details regarding the interview will be sent to each applicant's email at most by Jan. 2(Tue). If the department decides to held the interview by face-to-face interview, only the international students who are currently in overseas can have the Zoom interview exceptionally.
(If international students live in Korea, they need to participate in the face-to-face interview. Staying in a local resident in Korea cannot be an exception.)

- Interview Date : Jan. 5 (Fri) or 6 (Sat), 2024
■ Time schedule may vary depending on the departments. Applicants should participate in the interview according to the department's guidance. (Korean Standard Time)
■ If applicants doesn't get any email from the department until Jan. 3 (Wed), plz send an email to the graduate school email at gradsch@sogang.ac.kr until Jan. 4 (Thu) morning. However, if you applied for the Psychology or CP-EIC departments, only the applicants who passed the first screening process can participate in the interview. (Plz refer to the earlier notice regarding this)
1. For those who applied for the departments choosing Face-to-face interview method and who are staying in Korea now;
- Applicants should be arrived at the interview place by the designated time which was informed by the department. Failure to attend at the specified time will result in disqualification.

- Please bring your passport or the alien registration card and test identification slip(수험표)

- Note that the interview time may be delayed due to the progress of the interview.
- Never share interview-related information with other applicants (automatically disqualified when caught), and applicants are prohibited from talking to the person next to them while waiting for an interview.
- Accompanying persons other than applicants are prohibited from entering the school building.
2. For those who applied for the departments choosing ZOOM interview method / For those who applied for the departments choosing Face-to-face interview method and who are staying in overseas now;
- Be sure to wait at a specific place where Zoom interview can be conducted at the designated time received by the department. (Participate in a video interview alone at a quiet place with a stable internet environment - public spaces and cafes are not allowed)
- Check your microphone and camera status in advance.
- Confirm your identity by presenting your application number and the passport on the screen when entering the interview.
- No-show at the designated time will result in an absence (disqualification). (Korean standard time)
- Also, even if the interview cannot be conducted due to a zoom connection error or other device problem, the applicant will be disqualified.
- Be aware that the interview time may be delayed due to interview progress and system circumstances.
- Interview recording, filming, recording, etc. are prohibited.
- Admission will be canceled in case of a proxy interview or other misconduct.
